10 Questions with Amaury Brito:

1. How did you get into the nightlife profession?

I was in a local Merengue Band called “T-Nice y Los Dementes” and formed a passion for marketing and promoting events.

2. What is your favorite part of working in the nightlife profession?

The people! I love meeting new faces and making great connections.

3. What is the hardest part of working in the nightlife profession?

Keeping everyone on constant connections.

4. What is your favorite type of music?

I love all music but my all-time favorites are House, Latin & Hip-Hop!

5. What do you think makes a really good party?

A good DJ, a great crowd and a good team to keep the party going.

6. What is your favorite club/venue in South Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale) and why?

LIV but Tantra Lounge is my to go to spot.

7. What is something you wish people outside of the nightlife industry knew?

Being in the spot light all the time can sometimes affect our personal lives so we tend to be very private people.

8. What is something interesting about you personally that you would like people to know?

Sometimes in this industry we have to be a little robust in order to retain the respect levels high but I am really a big teddy bear.

9. What parties or events are you currently doing?

Monday & Wednesday’s Blue Martini-Kendall, Thursday’s Mia Lounge, Friday’s PinkRoom & Blue Martini-Kendall and Saturday’s Tantra Lounge.

10. Any upcoming parties or events you’re excited about?
